Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of glasscore.pro and the hiring of services offered by Glasscore ("we", "us", "the Agency"). By browsing the site or hiring any of our services, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or hire our services.

2. Services

We offer digital marketing and AI-assisted content services, including paid advertising management, SEO audits, business audits, AI-generated UGC content, Meta Ads audits, and landing page development. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each service are defined in writing in an individual proposal before any work begins. These general Terms are complemented by what's agreed in each proposal; in case of conflict, the specifics of the proposal prevail.

3. Proposals and quotes

Quotes are put together after an initial diagnosis and are valid for 15 calendar days from the date sent, unless otherwise stated in the document. Prices may change if the project scope changes once work has started.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are paid with a deposit before work begins and the balance upon delivery or according to the schedule detailed in the proposal. Prices are expressed in the currency indicated in each proposal. Failure to pay on the agreed dates may result in work being paused until the situation is resolved.

5. Delivery timelines

Estimated timelines are detailed in each proposal. They depend on the client providing information, access, and approvals on time; delays attributable to the client may extend the originally agreed timeline without this being considered a breach on our part.

6. Revisions and scope changes

Each proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests that go beyond the original scope (new features, additional pieces, strategy changes mid-execution) are quoted separately.

7. Access and collaboration

To carry out several of our services we need access to the client's own accounts (for example, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, the website) and a designated point of contact on the client's team to approve deliverables and respond to questions within a reasonable time. Lack of this collaboration may delay the project.

8. Results

Our audits, campaigns, and content are designed to improve business performance, but we don't guarantee specific results in sales, traffic, or rankings: these depend on factors outside our control (market conditions, ad budget, competition, client decisions, changes to third-party platforms, among others). Our commitment is to apply good practices and professional judgment to every deliverable.

9. AI-generated content

Part of our services includes advertising content generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. The client is responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for making sure it complies with the policies of the platforms where it's used (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and with regulations applicable to their industry.

10. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, the client owns the deliverables created specifically for their project (content pieces, landing pages, copy, etc.). Glasscore's own methodologies, templates, and tools used to produce those deliverables remain our property. Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio and social channels for agency promotion purposes.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information they access during the project (account access, metrics, strategy) and not to share it with third parties without authorization.

12. Cancellation

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with prior written notice. Work already completed at that point is billed according to progress made; deposits corresponding to work not yet started are refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

13. Limitation of liability

Glasscore is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business decisions made by the client based on our audits or recommendations. Our recommendations are professional in nature and do not constitute guarantees of outcome.

14. Governing law

We are based in Argentina, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. If you're contracting with us from another country, local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived may also apply to you.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.

16. Contact

For questions about these Terms, write to us at info@glasscore.pro or visit us at Av. Argentina 1175, Neuquén, Argentina.
